Once the companion of a renowned vampire hunter, who was turned to a vampire in a twist of events. This forced Cassius to have to hunt down and kill them. Raked by guilt Cassius blamed themself for not protecting their master and vowed to protect all other mortals from suffering the same fate. At the same time they have also vowed to never become too close to another for fear of losing them as well.
