Quirk: 'Nullify' - When she touches someone with her hands, the muscles around the contacted area go completely numb, usually leaving the limb to go limp even if the contact barely lasted.  The longer she has a hold on someone, the more the numbing sensation spreads and lasts.  Also, the intensity of the numbness/lasting is dependent of how much of her hand is on her opponent (if it's just fingertips, it fades quicker).

she has this big talon-like gauntlet to grip onto and really hold onto villains/opponents so that she can affectively use her quirk better.  lmao it's the best thing i could come up with that wasn't just...giving her a capture weapon like aizawa's.
