Niraj

Niraj goes to the same college as Aethra and Zahra. He drives a '68 Chevy Nova and can appear mostly human (he does have legs sometimes) but generally still has webbed fingers and toes. Some of his scales are bioluminescent.

He is capable of minor hydrokinesis (can only control about 80 gallons of water at once).
