Merlin is the supervillain ceo of EIDOLON, a huge weapons research and manufacturing company. A cartoonishly evil Lex Luthor type usually flanked by his loyal bodyguards, he is delighted by violence and destruction, especially when it turns a profit. Vain to a fault, he is exceptionally well groomed, with long, silky hair down to the floor- unfortunately, he’s just a bit shorter than his brother. He also has an artificial voicebox, having… replaced his lifelong stutter with something much more satisfactory. He's pretty, he's an egg, he's bisexual, he's deranged enough to tear out his voicebox. What more could you ask for in a villainous ceo?
