Ezarmon Kobrus

Deceased father of Bill Kobrus, and by proxy Amon Kobrus. Died at 50 in a war that was an aftershock of the Red Witch's influence 49 years ago, and succeeded by the Grey Witch, Lavender Andon.

Born to the noble Kobrus family, an only child, with all that entailed. Ezarmon was an interesting man. A powerful magician with a wit to match, not only the Hedoran archwizard but a prodigious general in his time. So brilliant, he set a precedent for the military responsibilities of all archwizards who would follow him, much to Lavender's chagrin. But he was also a compulsive liar, one who wasn't very good at it- possessed of more than a few incredibly obvious tells.  And while he was married, and to a woman he liked enough to have a child with, he was always fooling around, usually with young men, and of course was never all that discreet about it. Slutty, slutty old man, though no one ever said that to his face. Sweet tooth, well dressed, liked horseback riding, chess, and sparring.

Lifelong friend to Lavender, since she was accepted into the court- He saw potential in her, and even chose her as as high wizard when his previous right hand quit, in a court upset that most remaining members from that time now sheepishly say was undeserved. His judgement has served them well.
