she's currently super underdeveloped right now but ! i wanted to design a pink character with a huge weapon so here she is. i imagine she's some kind of fashion influencer - her design was inspired by some y2k and gyaru outfits i found on pinterest but idk how much that shows LOL . she's kind of vain & very confident. probably protects her city for the views
