Logica is one of the many Portal Bats from the ancient Pantheon of The Emerald Eyed Goddess. Like Portalis, he posesses the ability to use his wings to 'portal' about the universe. However unlike Portalis, Logica has unlocked an inverted form. Whilst Logica may or may not govern his own quadrant, Logica is full well known to be extremely intrusive upon others. And simply by this factor, Portalis already quickly dislikes him. There really just aren't a lot of bats (or rather any at all) that Portalis likes eh? I mean I would understand considering the other portalbats you may or may not have seen :' )

Also the fact that Logica's inverted form is kinda uh... yeah. Makes him look like a Portalis impostor.
