Tevis Misan Astraea, codenamed Shockwave, is a Halcyan Vulpamorph hailing from Universe Prime, also known as Xena Feratt. Formerly an assassin of Shatterhide Defence, a PMC hired by the Astravahn military long before it went to war with the country of Feraphane, she now leads the charge of a resistance group situated on Pash'kahrul with the help of Aramidas Aruhn (#AA-PR2341) in an attempt to usurp a corrupt government's power, as well as assassinate its leader.

Born on the 13th of July in 1227, Tevis grew up under the watchful gaze of the CEO of Shatterhide Defence, Kaira Astraea, and would learn how to fight and kill for most of her childhood and adolescence, conditioned by the PMC into becoming an agile, albeit loud and brazen, killer.

The Overt Assassin

Through her formative years, Tevis would gain notoriety in the less graceful regions of Astravahn as an instrument of death through her methods of assassinations. Unlike regular assassins, she was more outspoken and gloating with her kills, earning her title of the Overt Assassin, as well as the Shockwave of Astravahn due to her shockwave-inducing weapons, the Ultrasonic Subwoofers. She would become the most feared mercenary on the S.D. roster, tackling over 100 bounties within her first year of servitude.

But with her power came fear, and when the war between Astravahn and Feraphane began, she would find a bounty placed on her own head, along with blue eyes piercing through her from the shadows.

The Rivalry

Thus began Tevis's rivalry with the Frostwalker of Feraphane, Miko Arkhan (#MA-HP453). Up until The Shattering, she and Miko would finally meet their match and leave the war between the two nations in a subsequent stalemate. The two would always be one step ahead of the other, with neither of them being able to kill each other and progress the war.

After the Shattering, Tevis would cast aside her differences with Miko to defeat Arcadia Hathaway's (#AH-HP451) brother, Artemis Hathaway (#AH-HP452) and revert Halcyon Prime from its shattered fate.

What Came After

From then on, Miko would formulate a plan to reunite the two nations back together, dubbed Operation: Subsonic, through the means of eliminating their respective leaders. Tevis would disapprove of the idea, but when she found out that her mother was the cause of the war and that Tevis was only born to be a tool for destruction, she would eventually follow through and assassinate her, ending the war entirely.

As of this document's creation, Tevis is currently aiding Aramidas in dismantling the Kahrulian government in an attempt to liberate their planet from tyranny.

Tevis, even with all her flaws and weaknesses, proves to be a mighty entity time and time again. Given her brash and steadfast attitude during combat, most of her opponents assume she lacks the skills to back up her arrogance and cockiness. However, she takes this supposed "flaw" to her advantage.

Though her intelligence and wisdom seem rather lackluster at first sight, Tevis makes up for it with her superior dexterity, thanks to the booster augmentations added to her armaments. Her speed and agility rival the likes of her universe's Miko Arkhan, who is notorious for being one of the archive's most agile entities. In addition, Tevis's charisma also proves ridiculously useful on the battlefield, as previous battle records indicated her being able to intimidate her opponents with relative ease. However, her charisma also comes with a fatal disadvantage, as she remains hot-tempered. With enough prodding, she could quickly lose her head, leaving her in a sporadic and vulnerable state.

As for her strength, there is little to note. She is relatively strong despite her slender build, and coupled with her skills in the arts of hand-to-hand combat, she's able to go toe-to-toe with Arcadia Hathaway. Her primary source of strength, however, lies with the Ultrasonic Subwoofers, her main weapons. Owing to its ability to knock fast-moving projectiles off target, it fills in Tevis's strength gap.

POST-INVERVIEW NOTE: From what has been gathered from the archival interview, it has been made entirely clear that Tevis is one of the most extroverted people I've met in my entire life. She was, rather unnaturally, cooperative with an unknown organization she had just met, and her demeanor had not had a dramatic shift post-interview. The friendliness she exhibited was somewhat unnerving, but after a discussion with the board, we could only conclude that she was simply just excited to travel somewhere new.

Further data gathered from Halcyon Prime suggests that her personality aligns with the now-declassified documents created by Shatterhide Defences and Armaments.

Given the comments by her peers, she is brave as she is foolish and reckless, the type to act first and ask questions later. Considering her combat prowess and use of psychological warfare in the form of witty banter, her almost 'impulsive' attitude has seemingly become a part of her charm. The 'dumb and stupid side of her' (according to her words) is simply a ruse to lull her opponent into a sense of security. Outside of combat, however, she's proven to be as bright as her former archnemesis.

• According to Tevis, she purposefully keeps her hair long and unkempt due to laziness. However, she almost made a mention that Arcadia complimented it, which insinuates that she keeps it that way because of him.
• While her powers are solely sound-based, Tevis has clothing that depict lightning. When asked, she stated that she was simply a fan of being speedy. This corroborates well with her steadfast nature.
• Tevis's Ultrasonic Subwoofers lie flush with her skin, placed where one's shoulder blades would be. While they are weapons, they seem to also act as shoulder-blade replacements, allowing Tevis full movement even with the subwoofers holding her down. It also explains why Tevis always wears clothing that exposes her shoulders, as the subwoofers fold out from there.
• Despite the board's recommendation to buy pants for the archival photos, Tevis flatly refused and wanted to "take my pantlessness in stride" according to her words. Why she arrived without pants, or why she was adamant on remaining pantless, remains a mystery. Saint Ronin was seemingly too scared to ask.

"The Intro"

While regular assassins plague the grounds of Astravahn and Feraphane like rats in an alley, two contracted killers stand out from amongst the rabble, entrapped in a war between the two nations and a personal conflict that neither are able to escape from.

Fates entwined, they march on towards their destinies in an endless battle, ferociously yet helplessly striking each others hearts in a desperate attempt to finally end things once and for all. They hoped that if that they could just kill the other swiftly and painlessly, the war would end as quickly as it started.

But their hearts were always out of reach.

"The Verse"

What would become of them, but mortal enemies that showed no end in sight. Their fates, on the surface of it all, were already sealed, for they were doomed to fight and neverending war of bloodlust and broken ideals. A fox's cry and a wolf's howl, loud in their own right, but not enough to be heard past the chaos.

"The Chorus"

But the fox shouted louder and louder until her throat couldn't take it anymore, begging for a sign that the war, or her life, would end swiftly. She figured that fighting such a endeavour bore no fruit, but the wolf didn't give her a passing glance, blind to the ravages of war that wrought sorrow to Feraphane.

Even with her throat strained, she would still shout up into the heavens, her voice booming that even a god would be able to hear her.
