Design Terms of Use
Some basic rules for my designs
Price characters reasonably when you sell them. A character that was originally sold for $5 and then has a few small minimalistic drawings on paper is not worth $150+
Do not include unusable artwork in the resale value of your character. Unusable artwork is artwork that new owners would not be allowed to or able to use due to its extremely personal meaning to the previous owner (such as vent art, meet the artist, etc.) Ship art CAN be included in resale value because new owners may wish to continue shipping the two characters.
If a character is gifted to you, you may not sell them unless you commission/create artwork. You may only resell them for the value of the artwork created/obtained AFTER the character was gifted to you. (Example: character has 4 pieces of artwork when you get it and you create 2, you may only sell the character for the value of the 2 to reimburse the time/money spent on the artwork.)
and for the love of god, please stop naming my past fursonas that you buy "Nicholas" "Nick" or any other variant. The character's name was not just a name, it was literally the name I had. They were me. It really bugs me when I ask people not to name my past sonas nicholas/nick/etc. and they do it anyways.

these terms apply to ALL of my designs regardless of what account they were uploaded to.
If you draw any of my designs in bestiality, feral porn, incest, pedo, underage nsfw, etc. I reserve the right to take the design back without a refund.
This includes sexualized depictions of ddlg/babyfur/loli, genitals drawn on feral animals, related characters depicted in nsfw contexts, minor (under 18) characters drawn in nsfw contexts, etc. are PROHIBITTED
If you draw any listed above, I will take the design back without refunding you or trading you back. This applies to ALL of my designs, regardless of whether they were purchased from me or another person.
If you bought the design as an ADOPT, I will only take the design back and none of the artwork it has received since the purchase. If you bought the design as a CHARACTER with pre-existing artwork, I will take the entire character back, only including art that existed pre-purchase.
You will be blocked if you break these rules.
If you knowingly sell/trade/gift one of my designs to someone who draws them in the scenarios listed above, you will be blocked as well. But unless you draw those scenarios, you can keep any designs that still belong to you. If you sell/trade/gift additional designs to them, those additional designs will be taken as well.

Non-sexual artwork depicting feral (4-legged) animals, non-sexual age regression/caregiver, etc. art, and nsfw artwork depicting ANTHRO characters are all okay!
I'm absolutely okay if you age regress, draw sfw feral artwork, draw gore, draw anthro nsfw, and many other areas of creativity. If you aren't sure if it's okay, feel free to message me! If I'm not comfy with it before you draw it, I will let you know without consequences.

Do not resell characters for more than they are actually worth.
I will not block you for a one-time offense, but I will bar you from purchasing any of my designs directly from me in the future.
If a design is worth $10 before you buy it, and you purchase it for $20,
the design is still worth $10!
You overpaying for a design does not increase its overall value.
If a design is worth $20 and you sell it for $10, it's still worth $20.
Value does not decrease just because it was sold at a lower price.
Only include artwork you're okay with the next owner using in the value of the character.
Other pieces of art may be unusable, such as couple art if the other character in the artwork will no longer be shipped with the character after it's sold. Only include couple art if the other character's owner(s) are okay with them remaining shipped after sale!
Please do not include vent art in the resell value of the character, these pieces are too uncomfortable for most new owners to use.
Physical items can only be included if you are willing to ship them to the new owner
