Nexus the Electrilyte?

Nexus is a childhood friend of Vesper. They were fairly close, but in recent years Nex has grown more distant and standoffish. This is mostly due to jealousy of his father's attention directed towards Vesper because of his nature as a hybrid. Nex desires a closer relationship with his father, who doesn't seem to give him much mind aside from his basic needs.

In an attempt to please his father, Nexus offered himself as a test subject for artificially combining Faelyte and Electril DNA. It was a success, but it is very experimental and dangerous. Nexus' will go along with whatever his father plans if it will make him proud.
