Eevee is a lady who cares very much about being classy. Sometimes it's not obvious what she means by "being classy" but she's very fussy about it and can take great offense if you get it wrong. She has a loving jock girlfriend who does not care about being classy but she can definately try to make Eevee look classy.
I haven't come up with lots of hobbies for her but she likes attending parties and events with her girlfriend and loves to know what's going on around her. She loves gossip but always defends her friends if they're brought up. Doesn't like water that much, which her sister Vaporeon loves to take advantage of.
Eevee started off as a personification of a joke image, and was just that for a while. But then when my friend Jojjo saw her she made a Jolteon girlfriend for her. They were a bit of a joke couple but then we liked them and so they're just normal characters that are silly now hihi.
