One of Alastor's personal servants. He and his husband Felix have been by Alastor's side for a very long time. Victor is a distant cousin to Alastor but considers him more as very close family. He's very kind and outgoing and loves making friends. He has a tendency to succumb to pressure and can be very clumsy and nervous. He doesn't work well in big crowds unless he's by his partner's side. Victor loves animals and fairytale romance novels.
