A man of many names; he nearly forgets them all.
Octini is a bartender employed upon the train, The Letaine. Has a hobby of making cocktails, particularly of crystals or other strange ingredients. He often scours caves for stones. He's a little absent-minded but has a sharp reaction time.

- Keep pink accent in shoes and eyes
- Glass horns are cone shaped
- Associations with kaleidoscopes.
