Carrier (Carrie)

A talgoz alien whose name roughly translates to Carries Swift News Across the Wind II, or Carrier, or Carrie for short. He is a communications expert who's been engineered to pick up, read, and transmit signals from other radio-class talgoz. Hence, those lovely antennae!

He's confused as to why Bushi is always following Shibu around and sticking up for him. Bushi doesn't hate him but doesn't appreciate him constantly questioning her life choices, either.
