Beelought Fell is the second eldest of the brothers who currently rule the Princely Beings.

He runs the day-to-day happenings of the kingdom while leaving executive matters to his younger brother High King Lucition.

Beelought is also the father to Prince Advierta Fell, whom he hopes will one day take on his duties and look after his brothers as he has done for centuries. He is stern-looking and rather emotionally repressed, but Beelought cares more for his family than anything else.
