Refunds may be requested before starting your commission. If the commission is started and you require a refund, emergency refunds may be given in case of unforeseen circumstances. In that case, the amount to be refunded will be determined by the commission stage. Percentage may vary depending on the commission type: Sketch: 90% Lineart 70% Flats: 50% Unfinished Details: 10% A full refund will be given if i'm unable to complete your commission. .

I don't work on a first come, first serve basis. Usually when my list is full, I work on batches of specific types (eg. First animated icons, then illustrations) Although smaller commissions might be finished before bigger commissions. For regular commissioners: It may take me to a week or three days to finish your commission after placing your order. For Patreon commissioners: While you can place a commission order in advance, the turnaround may be a little quick like it will be done in a day. These type of commissions will be schedule to dedicated months throughout the year. Keep in mind I'm a full-time dedicated artist, so your patience is greatly appreciated since i put time and effort to these arts. .

I will keep you updated with your commission, and let you know once it's started. You will receive an initial sketch before I proceed with the advanced drawing. If I did something wrong in your commission (mistakes on the coloring / character markings / etc) don't be afraid on asking me for changes, I'll be glad to fix it! Bigger changes will require an additional fee depending on the complexity of the change. I have a public to-do list where you can keep track of the progress! To-Do List .

You may not claim the artwork as your own. The commissioned piece maybe be used for personal use only and in any non-comercial way: Profile pictures, Wallpapers, Print for their own use, etc. .

Re-Selling: You may resell, trade, or gift the design. but may not be sold for more what you paid for (unless it contains extra art) Free/Gift art can add up to the price value, ONLY if the price of the piece is provided by the original artist. Otherwise, if there is no such set price, the design must be sold for its original sale price. Trades / Gifts: if you obtained any of my designs by trade or gift and want to resell it, you may not add a price to the design. The design can only be traded / gifted back, unless there's additional art, and the design worth will be set depending on the art value. If the person traded / gifted the design to you, but they originally bought the design, You may ask them for the original price they bought the design for to be able to resell it. Raffles / Contests: You may not buy a design to host a raffle or contest. Selling Off-Site I do not sell my designs outside Toyhouse and DeviantArt. If you plan to sell/trade my design off-site, please let me know beforehand with proof of purchase/ownership.
