Having been raised by Ex-Mortal Bloods, Todd has more knowledge on electric devices than the average institutionalized. He does not think this is a good thing.

About

Todd was raised to believe he was a natural born creature of Atentinial, as he got older he learned more and more of what he believed was an accurate history of Atentinial- but was essentially just white noise to keep his life stable. After this discovery he admits himself into GWI so he can learn more about humanity and his place on Atentinial.
