Yuzu Tachibana

Yuzu is an only child from an upper-middle class family. Both her parents work 9-5 and have for most of her life. She was raised just as much by babysitters as she was by her parents. She's on good terms with them, though she's a little distant from them. She ended up being the housekeeper in her teens, keeping the place tidy and preparing food for her parents when they got home. 

In her childhood she fell in love with track. It always made her feel a little freer, helped her come to terms with who she was. It's her main passion now, and she takes it nearly as seriously as her grades, spending every free moment she has practicing. She recently left high school to move on to university.

She never exactly learned how to do close friendships and so while she has many positive, friendly relationships with classmates, she's very distant from them. And having perfect grades and such a strict timetable also puts her on a pedestal. Her closest friendship is with Konomi, one of her neighbours, who goes to the same high school she went to, and she's doing everything she can to maintain that friendship now that she's graduated.

She has a crush on Auré, who she went to school with through all high school. They've had very few interactions.
