Annie Cross

- A wealthy CEO who owns a company that produces wine. Her wine is often found in expensive clubs she has an exclusive deal with Oswald Cobblepot so the majority of her best wine can only be purchased at the Iceberg Lounge/Casino. 

- She has a deal with Andrew 'The Lion' to sell wine at his club 'The Den' but she is ripping him off by selling him a cheaper wine for double the price. 

- Is the step-sister to Cory and Grace Langley

- Has decided to keep her mother's last name 'Cross'

- A minor antagonist who has a hand in the mob, her ties with Penguin's gang are very close. Anyone who ticks her off she knows where to find a good hit man.

- Not one to really get her hands dirty she does have some magic unless she shares one may never know about it. Using the phrase 'Would you be a dear' she can get people to do things she wants them to. There are a few limitations such as if the person has a strong dislike of her and if the favor she is asking is not within that person's nature. She rarely uses this ability for larger things and the command MUST be given after she says 'Would you be a dear' any other order without the line is simply an 'order' 

- She has traded part of her soul to Quincy for a relic that gives her power over people. 

- Annie is also someone who is willing to wait a long time for the result she wants. She is manipulative in a quiet way making her very dangerous. Something as simple as getting her a coffee when asked could lead to said person's downfall three years later.

-  Because of her ties with Oswald this does paint a target on her back by those who he has pissed off. 

- Annie has a business-friendly persona she keeps up in front of others but will appear more friendly to those she finds value in. She considered very few people 'real friends' due to having trust issues. It can be hard to tell who Annie considers a real friend of if she is using them for a personal gain. 

- She has connections to Dakota/Compassion as she has hired her for hits, Grace/Quartermaster being her step-sister. Cory/Circuit Breaker being his step-sister and Goldie Martin someone she genuinely considers a true friend.  She had a relationship with Andrew who keeps her on a very short leash as she is aware and escaped the cult he ran. He is the only person who could put the fear of god into her. 

- She loves expensive red wine, Belgian chocolate, The color red and going on dates 

- She dislikes cheap wine, Teas of any kind, public transportation and people touching her without permission. 

- A few hobbies that don't involve wine are clubbing, taking home handsome men and bleeding their bank account dry, and baking cupcakes [often out of stress] 

- Her use of 'Would you be a dear' is a nod to Bioshocks 'Would you Kindly' 

- Although she operates in New Jersey the wine is produced in Greece where she also has a summer home. 

- A good indicator that a person might be viewed as a friend in Annie's eyes is the fact she may invite them to her summer home.

- She is heterosexual but has commitment issues. One might assume she would want a rich, handsome man and this is something she will claim herself. In reality she would be happy with a guy who is more on the soft side. Honestly, if I ever pair her I would love for her to have someone who could teach her that she can't just buy everything in life to get her to enjoy the little things.
