Tsirk

Tsirk was a sand and cyan noodle who worked as a clown in the circus especially with children, using her morphing abilities to entertain them. One day she died in an accident and was offered a chance to come back as undead if she consumed a child each month. She accepted and was issued Ren, a fish parasite sent to officially monitor her upholding the contract.

 As an undead noodle she can no longer morph and instead has elemental control over water - she uses water to connect the two halves of her body which were bisected in the accident that killed her, but they can be pulled apart with force and will then operate independently until they reconnect. The water is very versatile and can change shape to suit her purposes. 

One of the children she killed (Oscar) in honouring her contract manifested as a cat which follows her around trying to persuade her to not kill people with inconsistent effectiveness. 

Although Tsirk comes off as very charming and easily makes friends she is ruthless and has very little attachment to anyone but herself, placing her as the secondary antagonist.
