Neeka

Neeka is an assassin, and uses the rumors of her species to generate business. Everyone knows that her species has special magic. Maybe they can cast a spell, and put the backlash onto any victim, willing or not. Or maybe they can cast a curse directly.

Honestly, Neeka wouldn't know. She despises magic and never uses it. Magic always comes at a price, and she isn't willing to pay fines of any kind.
