IV is an energetic, smug, reckless, and very social. Tends to be quite loud and boastful. Not very gullible but easily manipulated if dared or underestimated, he has a dangerous desire to prove himself to others. Does his best to be kind and friendly but can't avoid coming off a bit self centered.

He loves technology and extremely well versed in it, having knowledge on and extremely wide variety of machines. He claims he is also good at coding (and "hacking") but he really isn't at all, if anything he attracts viruses to a system if he even simply uses the search engine. Despite this, he is still extremely proficient in repairing the hardware side of tech. 

When he was younger, he was obsessed with ducks. He still likes ducks but less so, especially since for every special occasion his loved ones only buy him duck merchandise.

Design Notes: Can be drawn in parasplicer or bagbean form. He must be wearing his vest. Visor (Face visor and/or hat visor) is optional. Having a mechanical right arm (Like in splicer ref) is preferred for both forms.
