Long-necked popper!

Very head empty, walks into doorframes and walls a lot and just keeps trying to walk

Design Notes:
-He is a living toy - so should be drawn with more chibi proportions & like a toy.
-Should always have 5 balls in his back [some can be missing if they're rolling down his tail] Two being yellow, one red, one blue & one green.
-Can be drawn as big or little as you want [same size as clown, small toy or even as big as the dino -go wild]
-His expressions can change, his tongue doesn't need to stay out.
