Wind Rider, my donkey sona/mlp oc!!
He is a storm chaser and has made himself a set of "wings" that act as gliders/air lifts to help get height to collect data on storms he's chasing.
He's very reckless in how he works as he's not technically an employed weatherman, despite his reports helping further the field and having the support/viewership of a majority of the area's folks.
