t.o.s:
1) you can change the design however you want but id like it to still be recognizable to the original
2) you can basically do whatever you want with it once you get it, except for using it to promote hate/hateful acts, resell it for any real currency, or using it for any sexual/mildly suggestive stuff, yada yada ect... (just dont do "bad" or gross stuff with it)
do not:
1) sell my designs for any real currency
2) delete any of my designs or art without priv messaging and asking about it first
3) make anything sexual/heavily suggestive with them
4) completely private them without letting me know first, authorizing me, or giving me a key
5) give my designs to people outside of toyhouse
other notes:
1) i dont publicly blacklist (yet?)
2) i dont have a deadline for owed stuff but i do like updates if its taking a while :)
3) i may ask/request for characters back if you happen to cross my T.O.S
