Aethiopia

The only thing known of her origins is she comes from a completely unknown region, supposedly a cold place. She apparently made a living stealing from anyone she could to get enough currency for a ticket out of the region. She made a stop in the Johto region, where she now uses her mysterious power to subdue anyone on contact with her paws and convert them into crazed servants of her 'gang.' The entire region is nothing more than a region free to torment.
