While he was a dead deity, he did what he was supposed to do, kill people who where in their last.

Finally, when the Black Death disease stopped, he as well stopped working as a deity, because he got bored and then searched for a new job.

What happens when you are immortal? well, time passes, doesn't matter what you do, you can't stop it, even doing nothing makes time pass, and Kade knew this, while more time passed, he was stuck in his first depression, the depression of seeing everyone go on while you're stuck in this world, doing the same, living, not being able to die, something that at this point was the biggest dream he had.

But why? well, when you spend time doing what you really like and not caring about other things, like being social, you get near your goals easier, and eventually go pass them, and then... what? get another goal and do the same in an infinite loop of learning everything? well... there's a small possibility you end up knowing all, and now he had no goal, there was no goal left for him, even making friends was useless, at the end they died and he had to guide them trought the forest, he had nothing to do, he thought that, right now, when he finished each goal, he would be happier, but getting goal to goal, he stopped getting happy, he wasn't excited, he was getting slow, wasted and tired, but even being tired was something time would help with, he stopped eating and discovered he didn't even needed to eat, just drink and maybe once or twice a month eat something like some chips, but he really didn't needed to eat, and he didn't wanted too neither, people around him started to feel bad and asked if he was okay, it was a long depression, and it was just the first one, and he knew it.

This kept going until he met Mot, and fell in love for the first time.

Mot was someone he automatically fell in love with, he ignored their newly made friends group and gave all attention to Mot, he gave it all to him, made him the happiest being alive, and everything was perfect for him, even if Mot told him no relationship, he didn't care, he just wanted to be always part of Mot's life, and he needed nothing more than that, but nothing last forever, and sometimes instead of just accepting a fine for an answer, you should ask if that person is REALLY okay...

When he was colleccting some flowers from his forest, the cabin he built specially for Mot was finished, and just need some flowers, the ones from the gates where the prettiest of the forest, so he went there, and found Mot's soul face to face, both where surprised, but not for good, something inside Kade broke, he felt guilt, he felt like that was his fault, he didn't wanted to be the one to guide his love to the end of life, he asked "why?", but Mot didn't answer, he never answered, just faded in the forest's fog, Mot was gone, and so was Kade's heart.
