  • You CAN resell my designs for the original price. I almost always list the cost in USD in the toyhou.se transfer.
  • You CAN regift my designs to others if you got the design for free. Make sure the recipient isn't on my blacklist first.
  • You CAN make adjustments to my designs as you please, such as adding scars, changing eye color, etc. This does not make you the design creator though, so do not claim to have been the creator if you change something. I can also do the adjustments for you for free.
    
    
  • You CANNOT sell a design you got from free. Gifts, raffles, freebies, trades. What you got for free stays free unless you have art added to the character after the time of the transfer (commissions or your own work). Selling a design you got from me for free without having any sort of added art to raise its cost from $0 will result in an immediate blacklist and block on all sites if you refuse to refund the buyer, and you will be forbidden from ever receiving my designs again.
  • You CANNOT raise the price based off of attachment or perceived value.
  • You CANNOT transfer designs by me to people on my blacklist. Giving my designs and art to someone on my blacklist will result in an immediate block and you will be added to the blacklist.
  • You CANNOT claim my designs or art as your own.
  • You CANNOT make hypokits with someone on my blacklist using a design I made. This would count as a way to give them a design, as they could heavily reference it as a way to steal it.
  • You CANNOT make adopts or breedables using my designs as reference/parents. Hypokits are alright in terms of roleplay or for fun, but not for selling.
  • Let me know BEFORE selling a character made by me, as I may want them back or may need to make sure the person receiving it isn't on my blacklist.
  • You CANNOT add your own TOS onto my designs.
  • You CANNOT hide my designs from my view. I must have access to them.
    
    
• BLACKLIST
  Individuals on this list are banned from purchasing my designs or acquiring them in any other method. If someone is caught helping them do so, they will immediately be added without question to this list.

    • The list of usernames for this person is very long, and I do not have access to it all. This is Levi, a pedophile who was engaging in a romantic and sexual relationship with a 16 year old despite being 25 and married with a newborn daughter of his own. He is also known to fake medical and mental issues such as DID, which was his excuse for the relationship- which started when the minor was around 14-15 years old.
  • Azalea-wishes/MournfulMoonlight/PeriwinkleLight/MelancholicFlamw...
    • The list of usernames for this person is very long, and I do not have access to it all. This is Halo, and she defended the above user and expressed an interest to join in the relationship. Deleted as much damning evidence as she could in order to cover her and Levi's tracks.
