BASIC TOS

1. Do not sell my designs for your profit! 

Unless you have added extra art, my designs are worth what you purchased them for. If gained for free/by trade, they may only be traded or gifted away.

2. Credit me for my design.

Additionally, credit any other designers who have made significant changes to the original concept.

3. Do not remove my designs from TH!

I use Toyhouse to keep up with my designs/transfer history. You are welcome to hide characters, I do not require authorization, but please do not delete them.

4. NEVER use my designs to promote or justify hateful, harmful, or illegal acts.
This includes, but is not limited to - hate speech, promotion of homo/transphobia, pedophilia, feral NSFW, or anything of the sort. You MAY depict things such as murder, battery, etc, provided it is not used to promote such acts, but if I find you have used my designs to depict sexual crimes then you WILL be blacklisted.

You MAY do the following with my designs that some TOS may disallow-

•  Redesign them to any level 
•  Use them in fusion charts 
•  Sell my designs to anyone, regardless of my blacklist
• Sell/trade them soon after getting them (I do not have a cooldown before a design can be resold/retraded, provided they are not being sold for more than they were purchased for.)
