TERMS OF SERVICE
Some ground rules for the purchase and use of my Adoptables!

PURCHASE
- Purchasing an Adoptable from me means purchasing a character design and their likeness. Changes to the design are allowed, but please keep them minimal.
- Purchased adoptables cannot be re-sold, traded or gifted, unless the ORIGINAL PURPOSE of the purchase IS to gift (I.E. buying the design for a friend or partner)

USE
- Adoptables are you be used only for personal uses. You cannot use these in a commercial way. Licensing may be available in the future, but at the time being, it is not an option.
- You can share the character around with friends, have them make art, or get commissions! But this design is yours. Again, no commercial use, such as merch.

PAYMENT
- Adoptables will be sold on twitter and on Toyhouse. You can DM me on either site to be able to get the character.
- Payment will be handled through Ko-Fi in USD$. Payments are made upfront and are non refundable ATM. You will receive a full transparent image of the adoptable you purchased in its full resolution.

- UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD MY ART OF THE ADOPTABLE BE USED TO TRAIN AI, OR PUT THROUGH AI. NFTS ARE NOT TO BE CREATED OF THIS CHARACTER, AS THIS WOULD COUNT AS A COMMERCIAL USE. Also, fuck NFTs.
