If I, the designer, feel you are being rude / disrespectful to me or other people interested in my adopts, I am free to take back ANY adopts you’ve gotten from me and put you on my blacklist!
Yes! You CAN gift, trade, and resell my adopts! Please notify me beforehand when gifting / trading / reselling them.
You CANNOT resell my adopts for more than what you got it for, UNLESS if you have commissioned art of them! This does NOT include art you have personally made! EX) You bought an adopt for $10. If they have no extra art that you have commissioned, you can’t sell them for more than $10.
( If you do decide to resell them with commissioned art, I would recommend adding the price of the commission to what you bought the adopt for! EX) You bought an adopt for $10. You ordered a commission of adopt in question for $25. The total you should resell the adopt for would be $35. )
Do NOT use my adopts for trade fodder! I look down on using adopts for fodder, as I put my time and effort into each one. I want to see my adopts going to good homes!
If you got any of my adopts for free / FCFS, you are NOT allowed to sell them! You can only trade / gift them.

Feel free to ask for commercial use unless if the design was made in a dollmaker (gaia online, neka, picrew, etc.)
It's fine to set them on Only Me privacy, but please do not delete their pages!
Vouchers are OK so long as the trade is fair.
Trading designs with monetary worth will have their worth back down to $0.
3-way trades are OK.
