- His electrical "shadows" can be contained by clothing or not, depending on how you want to draw him. <3
Trivia
- When he wags his tail, it builds up an electrical discharge. Since Clarence usually gets excited and wags a lot when around other people, this can sometimes lead to accidents.
- The boyyo might actually cry/whimper if he's left alone when he was expecting to be with other people.
- Was taken care of by a private detective as a pet, back when he was just a dog, possibly leading to his current tastes and blatant disregard for other people's privacy.

At least, Clarence is pretty friendly and excited to see her, if a bit nervous, while Seagirl seems at ease and just sort of takes it all on the chest, despite how skittish the cocker can be.
