- she has an older brother who entered the orphanage at the same time she did

- her parents died shortly after undyne's birth

- she was placed into a twisted orphanage

- she was abused in said orphanage but made many friends there

- she escaped from the orphanage and vowed to destroy it one day with her friends who also escaped with her

- she joined a gang, not knowing what else to do with herself

- the gang currently has a war with another established gang

- the eyes on her arm is her armband the rest of the red markings are just tattoos

- her tattoos can move around freely across her skin and she will sometimes use herself as a map for her other teammates

- she customized her gun to be pink and put stickers on it

- her rifle rounds are custom made with her blood kept in a fragile canister of the bullet that's made to shatter upon impact.
