Blinky

incredibly bold and willing to take risks, blinky is somehow one of the greatest—yet one of the most idiotic—runners that the team has readily available. though his rebellious attitude can cause inconvenience if not plain trouble for some of the more 'by the book' members from time to time, he only means well and is simply doing things how he thinks they should get done. though, for blinky, that often means getting right up close and personal with a captivator to taunt them … one capture capsule later, and its back to square one.
