Bolt is a courageous and cheerful frog. His twin brother is Swift. They're mostly seen playing together around river sides and lakes.
Bolt often drags Swift along with him everywhere he goes. Bolt tries to encourage Swift by pushing him to his limit to do certain dangerous tasks. Due to Swift's lack of courage.
Bolt wears a necklace which possesses an ordinary Electric magic source. He has the ability to transform into a dragon with the magical powers of the necklace. He shares the same necklace with his brother, except they have a different source of Land Element magic.
