She is the youngest of 4 kids and is 12 years younger then the second youngest. So growing up she felt excluded from her elder siblings and spent most of her time outside of the house and hanging with friends. Luckily being the youngest she also had the least rules from her parents. When she was 11 years old her brother Qasim came out as transgender and it really shook up the household. She wouldn't see him again for another 3 years until their parents finally accepted it. In the meantime her social life and school life was amazing, Dima was always amazing at making friends. Dima met Zaynab in grade 8 and the two of them became best friends. They began dating in grade 12.Dima graduated high school with lackluster grades, nothing that could get her into any university. So she began working with Qasim at his comic book store. She really hopes to save enough money and move out soon. As the two queer kids in the family she gets along well with Qasim and tells him everything. Nether of them have come out as gay to their parents yet.
