General:
● I have the right to use my art as an example of my design work on other sites.
● Please always credit me appropriately for my art and designs when applicable.
Reselling, trading, ect:
● My designs can be sold no matter how you have obtained them, ie. resales, trades, gifts; you can resell for any amount.
● You are allowed to resell a design for any price as you see fit.
● I prefer if you didn't resell a design that you got for free (like ones that you got in a raffle or was gifted to you) without adding to the worth in some way but this isn't required.
● Trading any design is always okay, even ones you got for free.
Design changes and Ownership:
● You are free to make adjustments to my designs, with a preference that it's still recognizable to the original in some way but this isn't required.
● Changes to my species must be approved by me first!
● Story, character development, elements, ect. is up to the owner
( if its one of my species please follow the traits but you are not required to follow the lore )
Art; Commission art ect.:
● Do not remove my watermark. I try to place my signature in a way that is not blocking details of the art but if you feel like it is, feel free to pm with the piece and I will move it for you, as I usually keep the flat files. Please don't so it yourself
● You may repost the or use the art, whether it's commissioned or came with the character, to any site but you must credit me.
● Don't edit the art. If it's something minor like a missed accessory or marking, please ask me about it first. I still must be credited for the original piece
● Do not reference, recreate, re-upload, edit, trace and or modify, etc*. my art work or the designs without my explicit written permission. Do not use any of my or others characters or any of my art as references for your own characters and/or drawings unless you're the owner of the design or have permission.
