Nicknamed "Butcher" by his enemies, he started out as a simple thief, but his greed turned him bloodthirsty; and now he sells organs from his victims.
Butcher grew up with Peter during childhood, and the two were partners in their thievery missions. Peter knew of Butcher's unsatisfied lust for more of everything, and so he abandoned him during a mission and left him to get caught. Now Butcher hunts him down for revenge.
Butcher is canonly bigender and can change between a male and female form with advanced technology.
