A wanderer who travels the land of Signiea, hoping to find even a moment's respite from the stirring lands. After finding refuge in a cave and meeting the kind yet rather unusual Idyllis Regan, they both embark together on a journey to stop the corruption and darkness that plagues the land.
Little does Celei know the true nature of Regan, as the friendly Idyllis may be so much more than it seems on the surface. Remember the time before the Cataclysm, before the time of catastrophe and remember your family. Perhaps remembering will bring you peace, and unlock the true meaning of the name of Regan.
They often know where the corruption will spread, perhaps because they are half Idyllis.
Perhaps because of being alone so long, Celei doesn't speak much and is usually quiet and reserved, often even cold. They are rather impulsive, not having to think a lot due to the structure of the world they live in currently. Despite being impulsive, Celei has received some high school education, and is still capable of reading and writing, as well as formulating plans to achieve their goals.
Before the Cataclysm, Celei was mostly cheerful, always hanging around their older brother. Their jokes are absolute garbage, but people still laugh because it's just so bad. Celei also enjoys teasing everyone, yet always gets away with it. Their personality before the Cataclysm is almost a polar opposite to the one they have now.

- Despite the long gone age, Celei still finds a bunch of canned food everywhere. It's not the best, but Celei likes it better than foraging.
- They are half Idyllis, but it is uncertain what their other race is. It's been too long with no reason to care for such.

- Green + yellow on the head are NOT decorations, they are feathers and are not optional.

The symbol on Celei's 'cape' has not much meaning, they simply picked up the clothes while traveling. It represents the government that once governed a section of Signiea.

A friendly Idyllis Celei met entirely on accident, the two now travel the world together. Regan assists Celei with many things, and both have developped a close bond with each other. Of course, there is always a reason that such has happened. Looking deeper and deeper, discover the truth.
