They are Satans helper. Together with Cerberus, they protect the gates of hell and have an eye on Satan's slaves.
The  Dei Mortis know how to have fun, that's why some of them enjoy being  Satans playmates and they know how to satisfy the ruler.
The  Dei Mortis can transform into humans, to come to our world, gain  people's trust and drag them to the depths of hell, where they are being  enslaved.Male Dei Mortis watch out for  the females, some of them are annoyed though, because that makes them  feel weak and this often causes troubles between the 2 genders. The Dei  Mortis can be either straight, bi, lesbian or gay. Free love is what  they like.
They can love even humans. Some Dei Mortis got human females pregnant, a Cambion was born... ( Female Dei Mortis can't get pregnant by human males )
cambions  are balanced between their heritages, if sometimes rather precariously,  and have both free will and good amount of power. There are likely  number of definite traits and instincts that draw them toward their  inhuman side. Physically they tend to have at least few indications  about their non-mortal parentage, but the amount varies greatly between  individuals.

  No iris ( eyes are fully colored )
  Spikey Tails ( can be single or double - length and size can vary )
  4 fingers on crystal hand / 5 fingers on normal hand
  Crystal arm can be either left or right arm
  Hellfire is only controlled by crystal arm, it's a very powerful attack that burns everything it touches into ashes.
  Hellfire can also be thrown
  Lower back wings ( single pair or double pair - no mix available )
  3 toes ( clawed )
  They walk on tiptoe, which makes them look very elegant when walking
  Sharp teeth
