A wandering system, with a broken monitor.It wanders around, unsure of its goal.
It wanders around, hoping to find its goal.
So it keeps going.

And keeps going.
Helping those it meets.
Even if there is no benefit or reward.
Even if it doesn't help it at all.

It still helps despite everything.
It's imprinted in its code

Due to reasons it can not recall, why it fleed its past position.
Having now to rely on strangers to help with its repairs and upgrades,
with components hard to understand by outsiders.
