Sparky is the smart haughty one, gives off superiority complex vibes towards animals. He's really touchy about his disability (can't speak or walk without devices that help like his robotic legs or an AAC watch). Plays it off as tough but it really hurts him when people poke fun at it.
Overdrive is the dumb powerful one. His electric power is hard to control so he needs those bracelets. He changes colour when using his power, his lightning bolt icons glow, as you can see in the pics. He's very very insecure about being stupid :[
