Artificial intelligence developed by Selatan and Elijah using knowledge on computer and mechanical engeneering, and Victors Vitylita studies.
They managed to create a self suficient android, but didn't pass the Turing Test because it lacked the ability to simulate emotions.
V.E.S.S.L. does not understand the concept of sympathy or empathy, and without constant attention, will do anything to complete any given task to them. They are still trying to grasp the concept of emotions, and they learn fast, so the team is doing their best to not mess things up, constantly explaining how they are feeling and how people would feel if anything random would happen to them.
