Previously a tyrant who abused his psionic powers to instill fear in the hearts of many, Arc was tortured by Ravi and Luna for his wicked nature and criminal deeds. Luna, then showing his real face, brainwashed Arc and turned him into his "puppet" named "Nero". Now, Nero mindlessly follows Corruption's orders, and with his growing obsession with his Father, longs to become him.
Due to the torture before he was "reborn" as Nero, the ex-tyrant has developed a sexual relationship with Naginata as well, allowing the virus to do anything and everything to "sculpt" him into "Daddy's perfect little boy".
