used to work at watatsumi shrine before moving to inazuma city after the vision hunt decree was over
i think he;s gonna be an support buffer and healer that scales off of elemental mastery, that makes dendro n cryo team comps viable due to a passive ability that enhances attacks from teammates that dont have a dendro reaction (cryo, geo, anemo)
- skill buffs allies atk and crit rate as the cost of half his current hp
- ultimate restores hp over time for all, for each non dendro reaction elemental atk (switch to cryo, geo, anemo dps)
- normal atk if using skill and a non dendro reaction dps will also heal him
- c6 also adds an energy recharge scaling to his skill’s buff ability when used inside of his ultimate
