Personality/background wip: Hugo is a relatively laid back mutt who has experienced enough life threatening situations and strife to want nothing more of the life he lived. He now spends his days living peacefully with his roommate Dimitri who brings enough drama along for the both of them. Whether it's a confident smirk or simply a smile, nothing seems to get under his skin. 

His extensive scarring (causing a limp) and blindness make it a bit unpleasant to go out in the streets of the city where it's all too easy to get bumped around, however on the occasions where he's itching to leave their shared apartment, Dimitri will guide him along either in his own human form, or as a large black german shepherd dog.

"they strike me as someone who lives in a post-apocalyptic world where a complete governmental breakdown, or invasion from another civilization has wreaked havoc on those who are left standing. they're attempting to leave the war zone in which they found themselves trapped and unable to escape. perhaps food and water is scarce, and people are turning on one another in desperation, creating hostility and danger around ever corner. they look as if they've fought their way out, collecting each scar along the way, hoping so desperately that the grass is greener on the other side of the horizon. they're a fighter, but perhaps their positivity is slowly drained throughout the story when they come to realize that perhaps things won't work out, and the world is officially in a state of catastrophe."
