you must have made the baby-version of a puffian / get it approved before being able to make the grown-up version. babies are referred to as fuzzlings.
they all look like that, with two little front paws, and they're allowed to have any features (depending on myo type) BUT limbs - you may decide what limbs feature you want after your fuzzling has been approved. they only stand up and bounce around on their tail. message me if you have any questions :))
