Background: The Owner isn't really sure... what kind of creature Howard is, but they weren't afraid to try and take care of him. Part wolf, part fish, he seems to like the water more than land but can stick his head out to breath air as well. The local aquarium thought he was a weird mutation but wasn't quite sure what to do with him, so they called up The Owner to see if they could help out. He lives in the tank with Luciano but the two seem to get along just fine. Its a large enough tank for the two of them and they tend not to fight over food or territory. Sometimes, The Owner can hear small barks coming from the tank when they start to play-fight...
