Tom, or Phazer by the town of Amity Park, is a small, jittery and anxious ghost child with lightning and energy based powers
He moved to Amity Park from Whisconsin, Making a friend in Luna and adopting a ghost puppy called Dagger
He doesn't talk to many people and has a weird relationship with other ghosts, getting into many fights with the other Ghost Hunter, Danny Phantom

BIOGRAPHY
CREATION
TLDR; Creation of Vlad Masters, ran away, vlad thinks hes dead
Before a certain billionaire started making Danny Clones (copywrite Vlad Masters), he first started making general Ghost/Human Hybrids (Halfa's). Tom was his first, and only attempt. He was never completed properly, his human half unfinished and left with errors, due to the explosion at Vlad's Manor - Ectofiltator wasn't changed. Because of this explosion, Vlad thought Tom perished, But alas, he managaed to escape and run away, never looking back
AJUSTMENT
TLDR; goes to school and makes a friend
Having escaped to Amity Park, Tom adjusted to living on the streets, Sleeping in a cardboard box in a back alley. It wasn't untill a policeman saw him and dragged him to school did he enrol. It wasn't long before he made a friend, another new kid, a girl by the name of Luna Raven. When Luna found out tom was half ghost, she revealed that she comes from a long line of Witches and offered him a place to stay, her parents graciously letting him live under their roof since
RELATIONS
Witch BFF, wouldn't be alive without her
He think's danny is a good kid, not realising he's the other ghost kid in town
Danny PHANTOM on the other hand, is someone he's butted heads with a lot. they tend to fight over who's the main protector of amity park, but the occasional team-up has happened
Vlad is someone he resents, mainly for creating him, using him as a test subject then throwing him out. though he's not confrusted him since he left wisconsin.
