the terms & conditions found below apply to all of the designs created under the name klechkodav. how you obtained them (adoptable, raffle, custom commission, bought from other users) does not matter.

breaking my tos can result in you being privately blacklisted. however, in most cases i'm pretty lentient and will most likely privately message you to clear things up if i think that something is a mistake.

- you're welcome to change all of my designs, as long as my signature/credit is not removed. i will add you as a secondary designer to the character profile if the change is huge, just ask.

- you may not claim the design as your own, even if it was a custom commission.

- do not upsell my designs for more than you bought them for, even if by 10-20$. i don't care if their value is 130$ and you bought them for 40$, you cannot resell them for 130$ unless you add artwork to them. anyone who notices this being done can come to me so i can sort it. i come from a poor country and it hurts to see.

- if you can, keep the characters visible or give me an access key so i can view them! everything i do, i put a lot of care in and like seeing what people do with them. (:

- don't use my designs as breedables for profit or surrogates/studs for "bloodlines" WITHOUT MY EXPLICIT PERMISSION.

- free or raffled designs are treated as gifts and may only be gifted if you decide you no longer wish to own them, unless you draw or commission more artwork for them. if you're re-gifting a free or raffled design, i would like to be pinged first. (:

- do NOT purchase my feral / quadruped designs with the intent to use them for feral / beastiality porn or child porn. i will revoke a design if i find out that it has been used for that sort of artwork, i do not want my name associated with any of that in ANY way.

- nsfw artwork of my anthro / furry designs is perfectly fine, you do not need my permission for it.
